If you have any questions regarding our products, our webshop or stores and their product range, please contact us via the contact form below, by phone or via e-mail. Please refer to your order number, if your matter is a web order.

Service

We understand that you need your product and we will do our very best to keep the service time as short as possible. The normal turn around time is 10 working days, freight time not included. If we need to order parts from Japan, it will take a little bit longer.

Warranty on performed service: 
Claims for defects due to defects in the service work carried out by SIGMA service or any its official service partners needs to be done before one year (1 year) after collection or the return delivery, unless we caused the defect intentionally or through gross negligence or fraudulently concealed the defect.
Service claims for defects due to normal wear and tear, improper use, non-observance of the operating instructions, external intervention and shock, fall or liquid damage to the device for which we are not responsible, as well as due to incorrect storage are excluded.
The Service warranty extends exclusively to the repair work carried out. If the repair service has a defect within the limitation period that was already present at the time of handover, it will be repaired within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.

Process for Service request:
• Register your Service request by filling out the form below and submit.
• Wait for the e-mail reply from our Customer Service team.
• Follow the instructions in that e-mail.

Please note! Regardless of urgency, do not send your product/s to the Service shop until you have registered a Service request below, and have received an e-mail confirmation from us with further instructions. 

Do not send your product to our office, as we do not handle the service at our office. The instructions of where to send your product/s will be in the e-mail confirmation from our Customer Service team.

Product Warranty

We provide a standard 2-year warranty on photo lenses and a 1-year warranty on cameras and Cine lenses.
You can register your products for an Extended Warranty. For photo lenses you can get +3 years and for Cameras +1 year (CINE lenses can not be extended).

The Extended Warranty registration needs to be completed within 60 days of purchase. You need to upload your purchase receipt with a serial number.
The warranty covers all product faults within the specified time, provided that it is not dropped, been exposed to water or not handled with normal care.
The Consumer Laws applies.

Focus adjustmenst it is done free of charge within the first year calculated from when the lens was initially purchased as a new product.

Out of Warranty - Service prices

For Sweden, Denmark and Finland

To make your repair process easier and faster, we have set minimum repair prices.
By sending your product in for repair, you automatically approve of the minimum repair cost below.
We will contact you with a cost estimate after your product has been examined and you inform us if you wish to move on with the repair or not. 
  
Prices are excluding shipping costs, and including local country VAT.
Examination fee (if you do not go through with the repair) : 69€ | 495 DKK | 695 SEK

For Norway

The Service in Norway is handled by our partner Camera & Videoteknikk AS.

Please note there is a general exmamination fee of : 375 NOK

Prices for the different service types:

• K1 - Easy repair, external clean-up, hatches and buttons.
  Price 625 NOK
• K2 - Focus adjustment - Replacement of metal parts/plastic parts on the outside.
  Price 1 000 NOK
• K3 - Replacing circuit board, repair OS, replacement of parts inside.
  Price 1 875 NOK
• K4 - Shock damage, replacement of OS, repair of advanced lenses.
  Price 3 125 NOK
• More advanced service types is charged by en hourly fee.
  Price: 1 225 NOK/hour
